What is REVEL Moments?

REVEL Moments is a live, virtual platform that connects fans and their favorite athletes to share stories and relive life moments that make them human.

  • Fan input shapes our event content — we provide multiple opportunities ahead of any event to let us know what you want your favorite athlete to talk about.
  • Our events are live, intimate, and interactive — you’re not here to watch an interview. Depending on your input you’ll get to join your host on our virtual stage, or witness an unforgettable, unscripted REVEL Moment!
  • Every event is highly curated — we devote time and resources prior to every event to uncover the hidden stories in our hosts' lives that you’ve never heard before. We also work closely with each athlete to focus on stories that illustrate the human behind the athlete. Think about it as a live “30 for 30”.
  • Each of our events are professionally moderated and produced enabling a seamless experience for both fans and hosts.
  • We’re not done — we’re constantly evolving our product and will be adding new content and features based on what you do and don’t love…

What kinds of hosts and moderators are on the platform?

Our hosts are from a variety of sports and stages in their careers. You may see a retired legend from your favorite team, a pro athlete who shares your same sneaker obsession, or an up-and-coming student-athlete on the verge of stardom.

Our moderators are media personalities who specialize in conversational dialog and have a knack for delivering a fun, immersive experience — not just an ordinary Q&A session.

How can I get a ticket to an event?

You can purchase a ticket on our Home and Events pages and the ticket will be emailed to you.

Where do I find my ticket?

Your ticket is a unique web link that will bring you to your virtual event. It will be in multiple places after you make your purchase:

  • Your purchase confirmation email
  • Event reminder emails, SMS reminders
  • On your My Account page

Note that much like a concert, tickets can only be used once. We encourage you to invite your friends and view the event with you physically or purchasing another ticket to view remotely.

How much do tickets cost?

Ticket prices vary depending upon availability and demand.

What is Name Your Price?

This allows you the fan to determine the price of a given experience with a specific athlete.

Tickets will always be limited and will be issued in the order of bid amounts from highest to lowest until we reach capacity.

The bidding window typically closes typically 2 days before the event.

If your bid is accepted, then we will automatically issue your ticket and charge your credit card for the offer amount. If your bid is not accepted, then your credit card will not be charged.

At this stage we cannot accommodate revised bids and so encourage you to put your best bid forward.

What is my offer is too low?

Don’t worry! You’ll have other opportunities to access the same or similar events in the future. Just by submitting an offer, you’re letting us know what you’re interested in, and we won’t lose sight of that.

Why do some events have a waitlist?

Certain events have waitlists:

  • Sold out events
  • Events that are in demand, but do not yet have a scheduled date and time

You are encouraged to join waitlists so we can notify you when an event is available for sale or another event by that host is scheduled in the future.

How do I get on and off the waitlist?

Getting on is easy! Create a REVEL Moments account and click on Join the Waitlist button for that event.

Once we have your information, we may invite you by email and/or SMS to purchase a ticket or make an offer on that event if we are able to increase its availability or find a date to schedule it.

What should I expect from a REVEL Moments event?

You will be in a live virtual room with other fans, plus your host and moderator. While each event has a different format and content, you can expect to hear intimate untold stories about your host’s life and career. You will have the opportunity to ask the hosts questions about the stories they are sharing and interact with other fans through the chat feature. You may also have the opportunity to join our virtual stage to talk to your host directly if you submit a question before the event or are active in our chat during the event!

How many other people will be there?

REVEL Moment events are meant to feel intimate and have been crafted so you feel like you are in a small setting really learning about who the host really is. The number of tickets issued for each event will vary and always be limited.

The number of tickets for each event will vary and depend on the feedback from the host. Some may have as few as 50, while others may have 1,000. The most an experience will ever hold is 5,000.

Can I provide input into what is discussed in an event?

Yes, join the conversation! Every time you purchase a ticket, you will be asked to respond to a 1-minute survey about what you would like your host and moderator to talk about. We review every response and incorporate them into the planned content for that event.

How can I get a chance to interact with my host?

If you respond to our pre-event survey, there’s a great chance you’ll be invited onto our virtual stage to interact with your host.

How do I prepare for an event?

For the best REVEL Moments experience:

  • Join from a device with a strong WiFi connection
  • Avoid using headsets or Bluetooth audio devices such as Apple AirPods
  • Limit background noise from your location
  • Disconnect from any VPN

How long are REVEL Moments events?

A typical Moments event lasts between 45 - 60 minutes.

An event will be either 30 or 60 minutes long.

What devices does REVEL Moments support?

All modern digital devices are supported (desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices), but larger devices provide for a better user experience.

Can I invite others to view the event with me at my home?

We encourage you to invite your friends and view the event with you physically or purchasing another ticket to view remotely.

Can I share my ticket for others to join virtually?

Much like concerts, REVEL Moment tickets can only be used once. If you do share your ticket and they join the event first, then you will not be able to get into the event. We would suggest you keep your ticket for your personal use and invite others to buy another ticket and join you in the event.

What time do I need to be there?

Please arrive 5 minutes early to enjoy a little background about the event host, get comfortable in the virtual environment and maybe even win a prize!

What happens if I'm late?

You can still get in with your virtual ticket, but the longer you are late, the more you will miss!

What if I have trouble getting a ticket?

Can I take a screenshot during an event?

We have no issues with you taking a screen shot during the event much like you may take a photo to remember a concert. In the near future we will also be sending you a memento of the event that you can use to remember the experience you had and share with friends.

Can I record the event?

To respect the host’s time, effort, and livelihood we do not allow events to be recorded. Details are captured in our Terms & Conditions.

Will a replay be available?

Recordings of past events will generally be available; however, in most cases, you must have had a ticket for an event to view its recording.
